Roque Martinez

Rocky Martinez is Chief Technology Officer. I spent the first part of my career working at large financial institutions and the second part creating and building financial technology software companies. When Rocky is not working to present the world of technology through interviews or speaking engagements, Rocky is a vital member of leadership teams in financial technology companies and telecommunications. Rocky rose to CTO after being executive vice president, managing director, board member, and mentor to for-profit and non-profit institutions. Rocky's focus is on leading digital change through technology and creating opportunities for new products and services that did not exist before. Rocky has developed new services to provide digital disruption for financial services firms, which need to reduce the effort and time necessary from trade to settlement. Much of Rocky's work was created from his thesis on machine learning and financial services at Columbia. The ability to use machine learning to predict whether trade reference data is valid. Additionally, Rocky is an author of published articles. Rocky is looking forward to working with other media outlets to discuss how technology can shape the future world.
