Chakra

Chakra was a Korean K-Pop female girl group that originally debuted in 1999 as part of the mega-group BROS under Cream Records. Chakra officially debuted in 2000 with the release of their first album Han. Following the release of their first album, the group won Best New Artist at several major South Korean music awards. After Eani left the group in 2001, the group introduced new member Bona in 2002. Chakra ultimately released three more albums before finally disbanding in 2006. Although Chakra was a Dance/Techno music group, from their first album works Chakra was known in South Korea for being heavily unique and influenced by Indian traditional inspired dance music that differed themselves from other Korean artists. They were created and originally produced by legendary producer and Roo'Ra leader, Lee Sang Min.
