Danielle Keen is an actress and singer, who grew up as an only-child, in a small town outside of NYC; Wilton, CT. She graduated high school at the young age of 16, and immediately moved to NYC to pursue her passions of acting and singing. A couple of Danielle's most recent credits include a guest star in a psychological thriller series, where her role personifies the psychological and physical fight against misogyny, and a supporting role in a feature that explores themes of intergenerational familial abuse, and breaking free from sociocultural constraints. Danielle has a deep fascination for understanding people and their behavior, including the hidden, and dark, parts of the mind. Although the earlier parts of Danielle's career started in theatre, she eventually made her way to the screen, where she was finally able to capture the nuanced complexities she had desired in acting for the stage. In addition to acting, Danielle is a prolific singer, having early on in her professional career debuting as a backup singer and dancer for the PrimaDonna Reeds, and performing in various venues in NYC at only the age of 14. As a young teenager, she had also performed in various musical theatre concerts alongside musical legends such as Jessica Vosk, Valerie Lemon, and Robin de Jesús. Danielle attended The American Musical Dramatic Academy in NYC, and then went on to attend The New School for her BA in Psychology. Danielle implements her psychological learnings into all facets of her life, and uses this as food to feed her acting.
