Charles-Antoine Barbeau-Meunier

-Charles-Antoine Barbeau-Meunier's background reflects an eclectic mix of disciplinary fields and unsuspected exchanges. Currently completing a double MD/PhD program at the Université de Sherbrooke, he obtained a bachelor's degree in communications from Concordia University (Montreal) and Royal Holloway University (London), then a master's degree in sociology at UQAM, in collaboration with the Institut des sciences de l'environnement. His master's thesis explores the role played by empathy in the ecological crisis and the preservation of the common good. Charles-Antoine's interests lie in the ecology of human relations in an urban, globalized and technological environment, from which he seeks to expose the determinants of health and the challenges of living together.
