Anshuman was born on 17 September to Premchandra Singh in Chilkahar, a village in Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh. The rainbow colors of cricket and the silver screen of cinema were spreading in Anshuman's heart and mind, he had to become a star in the world of cinema. The world of cinema was contrary to the family's thinking, but the family allowed Anshuman to choose his own career path. But during that time, Anshuman got Zee Ganga's serial, "Mitwa", this serial took off to Anshuman's career. Gave him an identity.
