Janine Myers

Janine Myers was born and grew up in Reading, Berkshire, United Kingdom. Her mother, Joan Burton (formerly Joan Clerke) was an actress trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. Her father, Anthony Burton, was a former theatre manager. Janine has one half sister, Moira Jenkin who still lives in the UK. Janine attended Micklands primary school, Chiltern Edge secondary school and finally from Henley Technical college to be trained as a secretary. After graduating college, Janine traveled extensively throughout Europe, the Far East and spent a year in Australia. Upon her return from traveling, she was hired by Digital Equipment to train as a Computer Sales person. Janine met her husband Gary through the Digital 'intranet'. Gary was a hardware engineer based in Marlboro, USA. The pair courted remotely, using email as their primary means of communication for 6 months before finally meeting. They married the following May having spent only a few weeks in the same country together. They settled in Pepperell, Ma where Gary already owned a home, and went on to have three children: Emily, Sam and Jacob. Since moving to the USA and raising three children, Janine has taught ballet, run a sewing business, run a catering business, worked as a school administrator/guidance counselor, and run a fitness business. Janine discovered her passion for acting and modeling in her 50s and is excited to see where it leads.
