Victor Parra is a Colombian American former professional soccer player and real estate entrepreneur based in the San Francisco Bay Area.Parra played NCAA Division I college soccer at San Jose State University, where he attended on a full athletic scholarship. He graduated in 2017 with dual bachelor's degrees in Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management and International Business. Parra was recognized as the valedictorian of his graduating class and was the first NCAA Division I student-athlete and the first Latino American in the university's history to be chosen for this honor. After completing his studies, Parra signed a professional soccer contract in Portugal and played for several teams across Europe, the United States, and Asia. He also appeared on the reality TV show "Every Street United," which aired on ESPN and Xbox Live, showcasing street soccer talent from around the world. In addition to his soccer career, Parra has invested in real estate, focusing on flipping homes in Silicon Valley. He also runs a soccer skills training academy for children and works as a motivational public speaker. Parra has been featured in various news outlets, including ABC News, NBC News, Fox News, and Telemundo. On May 16, 2024, Parra was inducted into his high school's Athletic Hall of Fame at Central Falls High School in Rhode Island.
