Marino Segan

Currently serving as president and a producer at Kinoklub Ogulin since its founding in September 2021, where I have been deeply involved in developing film projects, leading workshops, and nurturing emerging talent. With a focus on script writing and the fundamentals of cinematography, I design and conduct hands-on training sessions to guide participants through visual storytelling and technical film skills. Additionally, I volunteer with the Blank Association, where, since April 2019, I have gained extensive experience in film production as a camera assistant and technician, working on multiple short films and a feature-length production. These experiences have sharpened my skills in lighting, camera work, and narrative structure, enabling me to mentor effectively. Leadership roles include my tenure as deputy president of the youth council of the city of Ogulin (2023-2026) and active membership in the assembly of Blank_filmski inkubator and the Croatian Film Association.
