Shirly Chia-Hsiu Li was born and raised in Taiwan. She is an actress and a voice-over artist, known as the voice of Betty Chuang in On Happiness Road (2017), winner of the 55th Golden Horse Award for Best Animation Feature. She appeared in the films 52Hz, I Love You (2017), New Turn, and contributed her voice in Eternal Love (2017). Other than dubbing for characters, she has also translated many cartoon scripts, including My Knight and Me (2016), Danger & Eggs (2015), and Beat Bugs (2016).
