Sam Brodie is a Scottish-Indonesian Actor, Singer, Presenter and media personality, he has appeared on more than 97 Indonesian film productions, most recently "The Legend of Trio Macan" (2013), "Crush" (2014), "Sunshine Becomes You" (2015), "Dubsmash the Movie" (2016) and his first International short film "The Fragments" (2014) which was shot in Australia by Director/Writer 'Jim Loundsbury'. In 2015 his autobiography "Samuel Samantha and Me" was adapted into a feature film starring "Sam" himself in the 181 Indonesian Production "Move On" which sold out at box offices on week one of release in September 2015, the film discusses, sexual abuse, bullying, estrangement from family, living on the streets, success and finding his calling in life, Sam shot to fame in Indonesia in 2008 after relocating from the UK (2007) where he had previously appeared on the UK reality show "Big Brother" series 7. He quickly gathered the attention of the Indonesian public with his personality and charismatic comedic flare and genuineness through his cooking show "Good Food Good Mood" ANTV, Sam was a student of the "Ayrshire Voices Theatrical School" in Ayrshire Scotland taught by Marilyn de Blieck & husband Raymond Bramwell. Sam was re-united with his parents in 2011 after being estranged for many years, his life in short has been all but easy, with having been bullied and taunted at school, going through sexual identity confusion, being homeless and going through the foster care system, relocating countries and struggles, he has still managed to come out the other side to prove to himself that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. He currently ranks as one of the highest paid 'Male' Tele-Movie stars in Indonesia.
