Christopher T. German

Christopher Ty German was born in Columbia, Missouri on February 28, 1986. His birth mother was convinced by Christian missionaries to flee from her war-torn country to the United States after she had a failed abortion while pregnant with him. Five days after he was born he was adopted by his father Carl German, an electrical lineman and his mother Gina German (née Hickerson), a now-retired dog groomer. He has one sister, Erika German, who studies sports entertainment at Johnson & Wales. In 2016 Christopher signed with Models & Images in Wichita, Kansas. After meeting Mike Beaty at the annual Model & Images Graduation Showcase, Beaty told him he was too short to be a model and that he should switch to acting stating, "Hollywood doesn't have a height requirement." He switched over to acting and started taking acting lessons at his agency. In 2018 he landed the role of Matthew Cho in his first feature film Soul Custody.
