Mitchell Larsen

Mitchell Larsen was born in 1993, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada to Debra and Carlton Larsen. His mother was a university trained actor and his father a pastor. He moved around a great deal growing up. In 2011, while he was in his last year of high school, he decided that he wanted to be an actor and so he flew out to New York where he auditioned for and was rejected by Juilliard. In 2013, following a theatre education in Edmonton, Alberta, he returned to his home province to further pursue a career in acting. While doing so he worked as a modern dancer, arts administrator, and breakfast cook. He also had a job at a movie theatre where he met his husband, Benjamin Johnson. They live and work together in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
