Jon Riggz

Jon Riggz was born Jon Paul Riggs on Sep 15,1975 in Tuba City, AZ. He is of full Navajo decent and is originally from the Navajo Nation. Jon resided in Kayenta, Arizona till the age of 19 when his family moved to Phoenix, AZ where he lived from 1996 - 2018. Jon was raised with two older brothers and two older sisters making him the youngest of his siblings. Raised by a single mother, Celia Jones (Riggs) worked two jobs to provide for her family, she later married Robert Gibbs, a safety foreman for a mining company located in Black Mesa, AZ. Jon's mother is full Navajo born on the Navajo reservation and his late step-father was Caucasian who was originally from Midland, Texas. Jon has mentioned he has acknowledged and will always consider Robert to be his father. Jon started his venture into acting by taking Miesner classes. His acting career started In Chandler, AZ, however to further launch his career in 2018, Jon and his family moved to Rio Rancho, NM to be near Albuquerque Studios where he would soon find work in acting. In 2019, he was featured as a detective in the USA series "Briar Patch" starring lead actress Rosario Dawson as (Allegra Dill). Also, in 2019 Jon was featured as a detective in the CBS series Interrogation (2020) starring lead actor Peter Sarsgaard.
