Karam Khan is a Vancouver based filmmaker who spends time in the Middle East. Karam became known as Director KK after his mother, a producer in Scotland passed away as her death transmuted his work to another dimension of creative expression. Heavily involved in writing and script development to teaching editing and media, Karam is a natural. From working in harmony with reputed A-List filmmakers globally to being mentored by MIT's esteemed camera & display specialist to having worked closely with James Burke and being a Creative Director in multimedia projects, Karam developed a higher degree of awareness that humbly served Hollywood. His upcoming feature film, Glimpse, will be mesmerizing viewers on a global scale with its intention to spread light on the subject of ''finality''. Growing up with his father, a pioneering broadcast engineer that assisted BBC TV to go color in 1967 and laid the groundwork of Arab satellites to expand Arabic media along with pioneering colored television broadcasting technology in two continents equipped Karam's subconscious with an understanding of creative arts from an early age. Karam has been an avid student of metaphysics with two books in the genre of esoteric sciences and over 100 poems with some featured in Poetry Anthologies. In his leisure time, Karam enjoys painting, photography, and playing chess.
