V.K. Choudhary

Born in a small village named Khamari, Maharashtra and brought up in Raipur, VK Choudhary owes his interest in film and theater to his grandfather who was a Nautanki (drama) writer, director, and performer. Whilst living with his grandfather during his schooling days, VK spend a lot of time at the backstage of his grandfather's shows. After running a cola manufacturing business for about four years, in 2009, VK decided to pursue a career in writing and filmmaking and he started writing scripts during the weekends while working in a BPO in Pune. In 2010, VK wrote three novels, before eventually moving to Raipur in 2011 where he started working at the ERA films. Over the years, VK has written and directed eight ad films, two music videos, four documentaries and a feature film titled The Window (2018), which features Amit Kumar Vashisth, Teena Singh and Preeti Sharma in the lead roles.
