Verlon Roberts

Verlon Roberts was born in Blairsville, Georgia where he would watch TV and film and then produce his own version of the films he watched with this neighborhood pals. Verlon joined the United States Marine Corps after high school where he gained valuable life experience and intangible skills that he brings to every role he takes on. Verlon loved serving his country and decided to put his dream of being an actor and stand up comedian on hold. After a fulfilling career in the Marines Verlon retired from the Military and moved to Seattle, Washington where he studied at Seattle Film Institute under Amanda Bearse and John Jacobsen. He has been cast in numerous short films and commercials throughout the Pacific Northwest. Verlon recently was the lead in a commercial for the state of Washington and was the lead in a short film Symbiosis. When Verlon is not acting he performs stand-up comedy throughout the PNW and Los Angeles. Verlon was recently showcased at the Burbank Comedy Festival in Burbank, California. Verlon is now preparing for a move to Los Angeles early 2020 where he plans to continue his education in acting. Verlon is a husband and father that loves the outdoors, mentoring teens, and learning new skills. He possesses a mindset and a dedication that sets him apart from most. Verlon brings an intensity that will surely bring your project to an interesting level.
