Kalpak Pathak

Kalpak Pathak is an award winning Director of Photography based in Los Angeles, USA. He is known for his work as DoP in feature films, 'The Big Rant' and 'Amidst My Own'. He also won accolades in the United States for his short films, 'Blackout' and 'Another Time'. Before moving to Los Angeles to study Cinematography, Kalpak worked as an Assistant Director in a production house based in Mumbai, India. He is also recognized for his exemplary work as a photojournalist with India's leading national daily Hindustan Times. He was acclaimed for covering the dastardly '2008 Mumbai Terror Attacks' and also won the Photojournalist Award of the year. Kalpak is a Fine Arts graduate with specialization in Photography.
