Ashley Rapuano is an actor and comedian based in Los Angeles. With compassion and charisma, she transforms people's perspectives by taking them on an adventure within themselves, others, and the world. She recently moved back from New York City, where she wrote and produced her one woman show "Lessons With Lola" about her Filipino grandmother with Dementia, studied and performed comedy at The People's Improv Theater and Upright Citizens Brigade, studied at HB Studio, and starred in several short films currently in festival submission. Most recently, you can catch her on "Homicide City" and "In Pursuit with John Walsh" on the Investigation Discovery channel. Currently she is working on more comedy training and continuing to self produce comedy and films. If not on screen or doing comedy, Ashley can be found practicing Muay Thai, yoga, meditation, painting, sewing, or planning her next hiking or Disneyland adventure. She frequently visits her hometown, Las Vegas, to be with her family and friends. Ashley identifies as Mestiza, with her mother being from Cebu City, Philippines and her father being Mediterranean. She speaks conversational Spanish and is learning Tagalog. Ashley believes in equality and human rights, sustainability, Dementia awareness, animal rights, healthy living and is proudly vegan & cruelty free. Social justice is very important to her and she strongly believes in using art to amplify voices. She has a bachelor's degree in Stage and Screen Acting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
