Thom Nemer was born in Southern California. He is best known for his recurring role as Carlo on Snowfall Hulu Fx. He also appeared with various National Tv commercials and including prints. Thom love to play soccer, play pianos, sings, read books, write stories and being in a character. During his time off he enjoys family and friends get together, playing legos, some parkour, TVs, games and traveling.
