Tony Balaj

Tony Balaj was born in Pristina, Kosovo in 1984 and moved to the United States in 2005 to pursue his dream of Screenwriting. This evolved over time into a more broad spectrum including film-making, film production and directing. Tony now lives in New York, where he stays active in his community and is a part of numerous charitable organizations aimed at providing opportunity for the less fortunate. Tony's drive for the betterment of society is best expressed and resonates with a quote penned by his father in 1960 - "You want to break through the average and set your sights on the impossible. Simply being good is not good enough. Don't settle for being just the light. Settle only when you become the sun itself."
