Portia Antonia Alexis

Portia Antonia Alexis is a British economist, economic columnist and mathematician. Portia has worked as a business analyst for firms such as Mckinsey & Company and Newton Investment Management. Prior to Mckinsey, Portia worked in investment banking for Bank of America Merill Lynch, where she was an analyst covering Mergers and Acquisitions. She writes for Entrepreneur Magazine analysing solutions to economic, finance, entrepreneurial and business issues using mathematical methods. She does research in Economic Mobility, Income Inequality, Financial Economics, Macroeconomics and Mathematical Economics.
