Chloe began writing novels in high school, where one of her works were selected for the "2005 MUSASHINO Literary Award," it was given to her by Senji Kuroi, who is the chairman of the AKUTAGAWA Prize. After working as a copywriter at an advertising agency, she made her first debut in 2010 for the MBS TV series "Good Night AZAMI" (directed by Isshin Inudo). In 2012, she wrote a screenplay for the KTV TV series "Pillow Talk" (starring Tomoko Tabata and directed by Toshihiko Kimura ), which was nominated for the "2012 Japan Commercial Broadcasters Association Award" as well as the "2012 Ombuds Kantere Award" for both the TV drama and DVD Category. Chloe's feature-length film "Deep Red Love" (starring Tao Tsuchiya and directed by Kazuya Konaka) debuted in 2013 on Kadokawa Pictures. In 2014, she joined the Writers Guild of Japan. Since moving to New York in 2015, she wrote a script as the main writer for a film that debuted at the "Winter Film Awards 2017 - Gala Red Carpet & Awards Ceremony," which was held in Manhattan. She then started her career as a film director with her short "The Alex in Jail" and is currently working on "No Time Man." Chloe enjoys being creative and has taken on a role as a production designer for the film "An Ideal Marriage" in 2016 and "One More Day VIDA" in 2018.
