Dhruva Karunakar

336 theatre plays in 12 countries in a span of 4 years is how the young and multi-talented Dhruva Karunakar began his sojourn in acting. He trained at BARRY JOHNS, LONDON and completed his summer course in acting at the National School of Drama ( NSD ), Delhi and Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune. There, he also received training from veteran actors like late OM PURI & IRFAN KHAN. Dhruva pursued and completed his Film Direction course from the New York Film Academy, USA. He added another feather to his hat by training in martial arts at Thailand and Muay Thai, Singapore. DHRUVA KARUNAKARAN made his debut on the silver screen with an EPPATIKI PREMA song in 2017 and a Telugu Movie, ASHWAMEDHAM in 2019 which was a blockbuster hit. He was also nominated for the best actor in Tollywood in 2019 for Ashwamedham. Apart from acting, Dhruva is also a successful entrepreneur and has won multiple awards for his restaurants, gyms and salon businesses. He is now debuting in Bollywood with big-budget films and series with top directors and star cast.
