Moira Anderson Bell is a Canadian Actress and Voice Actress best known for her roles in Rogue Bounty, The Life and Death of Walter (T.S.P), Ghosted and Begonia. Born and raised in the Greater Toronto Area, her love of acting began onstage before she eventually made her transition to the screen.
