Rileigh Kimber was born on the 4th July 1997, in Sydney, Australia, showing a passion for entertainment and performance from a very young age. Growing up she involved herself in many areas of the arts including dancing till age 14, being selected for the Australian Youth Choir in 2008 and being part of plays and productions all through school. Rileigh realised her love for performing through working as an extra on the long running Australian TV series 'Home and Away', where she first experienced working on a professional set. Acting in various short films throughout university allowed Rileigh to further her skills in screen acting, later landing a role as 'Niamh' in the short film 'Hollow' by Chimera Storm Productions. Channelling a forest nymph character in a fantasy genre film, it has pushed her to explore a different style of acting and developed her skills as an actor to carry into future projects. This short film has gone on to win multiple film festival awards including "Best Fantasy Short" in both the Top Short Film Awards and the Oniros Film Awards, as well as being selected to screen at Event Cinemas in Sydney's George Street as part of the "Monster Film Festival". Rileigh has studied a Bachelor of Performance at the University of Wollongong, and both Screen Acting and American Accents at the National Institute of Dramatic Arts, as she hopes to pursue acting both in Australia and internationally.
