Sia Zami was born in Tehran, Iran and grew up in Iran, Dubai, and California. He is fluent in Farsi & English. Zami has an older brother, Kia. His aunt is an actress, Mojdeh Shamsaie, and her husband is a famous Iranian director/writer/researcher, Bahram Beyzaie. They reside in Palo Alto, where Bahram is a professor at Stanford University. Sia trained as a method actor at Lee Strasberg Institute for 2 years. He knew he wanted to be an actor and part of the industry at 7. He has always been obsessed with creating stories and playing characters. Since he was a kid, he only saw himself doing what fully engaged his imagination. His first focus is acting as always has been, though he really enjoys writing and creating stories. "Live and let live" is his favorite quote and a personal mantra. Zami's favorite director is Christopher Nolan and favorite actor is Johnny Depp, a constant reminder to be bold and fearless in all choices. Sia Zami lives in Los Angeles, California.
