Latin American Actress and Singer. Laurra has worked in Bilingual Commercials, Short Films, Vocal Performance, Theater, and has experience as a live host/broadcaster. She has also worked as a choreographer and dance coach. Born and raised in Colombia, Laurra moved to the United States at the age of 16. Impressively she learned English in only one year and at the age of 18 she was accepted to The University of California in Los Angeles. Laurra completed the Ray Bolger Musical Theater program at UCLA in 2018. Her Vocal Training coaches include Lainie Kazan for Cabaret Performance and Mary Joe DuPrey for Bel Canto and Rock. Some of her Acting professors include Marilyn Fox, Joe Olivieri, Amy Chaffee, and Paul Wager. She also has professional dance training, coached by Cheryl Baxter on Tap, Peggy Hickey on Jazz, Nicholas Gunn on Ballet, Lee Martino on Musical Theater and Chryssie Whitehead on Contemporary Jazz.
