Charles Leonus is a film and screen actor known for dramatic, paternal, dark, professorial or enigmatic roles in such films as The Morning Breeze, Empty Paradise, Cabinet-The People Show and Finding Grace. His penchant for mysterious characters extended to television as well as Lysander in the sci-fi dramatic series, Contretemps. Charles was born in Savannah, GA, on March 22, 1965 to Charlie and Bernett Greene. Remaining in Georgia, he studied and built a career in Computer Science before moving to New York City and falling into acting. Charles studied acting techniques from Mark Stolzenberg of the New York Acting School for Film and Television, James Ciccone of Actors Axiom, Barry Shapiro and James Andrew O'Conner. Having a strong interest in science fiction and fantasy, Charles relishes roles that inspire audiences to imagine a better, more inclusive future through imagination, creativity, and community, Other interests include dogs, biking, cooking, singing and bass guitar.
