Remco Evenepoel

Remco Evenepoel is a Belgian professional road cyclist. He was born in Aalst, Belgium. Compared to Eddy Merckx at age 19, he is regarded as one of the most promising riders of his generation along with or including Egan Bernal. In 2019, Evenepoel won his first one day race, the Clasica San Sebastian. That same year, he became UCI European Time Trial Champion. Evenepoel specializes in time trials, stage races and hilly races.
