Caro Coltman has returned to acting after a long hiatus. In her twenties, Caro worked at a variety of Canadian regional theaters from the Stratford Shakespearean Festival to Magnus Theater playing a range of dramatic and comic roles from Sophocles' Antigone to Willy Russell's Rita. In the late 80s, Caro co-founded the Dora nominated Ziggurat Theater with fellow Stratford Company alumni. Building on her directorial debut with that company, Caro received a Theater Ontario Training Bursary and assistant directed Light Shining in Buckinghamshire with New York Theater Workshop and Our Country's Good on Broadway. Caro retired from teaching in 2019 and has since appeared in a number of live-streamed theatre performances and workshops during lockdown, as well as the following films: Orangutan (2020), It's Me, Billy, and The Letter (2021).
