Enzo Vogrincic

"Shy, sensitive, always available and willing to do anything" - J.A. Bayona. Enzo Vogrincic is an Uruguayan actor noted for his portrayal of Numa Turcatti in director J. A. Bayona's Oscar-nominated film Society of the Snow (2023). He developed his career mainly in Uruguayan independent theater. He studied at the Margarita Xirgu School of Dramatic Art and was part of the cast of the play Cuando pases sobre mi tumba (2019) by Sergio Blanco presented in Montevideo and Buenos Aires. In 2021 he starred in the film 9 playing a professional soccer player inspired by Luis Suárez and participated years later in Argentine productions such as Porn and Ice Cream, and Iosi, the regretful Spy. The leading role in Bayona's film, based on the accident of Flight 571 of the Uruguayan Air Force, allowed him to travel to Festivals such as Venice or San Sebastian, which has given the actor recognition in different countries.
