Sarah Young

Sarah Young is a NYC based award winning director and filmmaker. In 2020 she produced and directed her first short film In Case We Get Found. Inspired by true events, this film is about three strangers waiting out a mass shooting event. The film enjoyed a successful festival run with multiple nominations and wins. In 2022 Sarah's short film Counting was released and has been selected by the New Ohio Theatre NYC film festival and nominated for Best Drama at the McMinnville Short Film Festival and Best Performance at the Oregon Short Film Festival. Her web series Pilot Friends Can't Kiss took the Audience Award at Cinema Diverse Palm Springs festival in 2021. She is a proud 2019 MFA graduate of The New School for Drama.
