Andrew Shader

Andrew Shader is a real estate investor and developer who specializes in scouting value-added properties and applying his foresight towards discovering their future potential. In 2020, Mr. Shader appeared in the TV series Curb Your Enthusiasm, after winning a guest appearance while participating in a charity event to help cover medical costs and living expenses for people fighting against cancer. Mr. Shader started out in the health insurance industry after receiving his B.S. in Business, Marketing, and Management from Florida State University. While working in insurance, Andrew worked his way from phone sales to management - along the way picking up the basics of technology, training, accounting, and leadership - before moving into real estate. Since founding his real estate business in 2016, Andrew Shader has built a robust portfolio around the philosophy of buying property, not for what it is but for what it could be. This strategy has led to increases in property value upwards of 60% (and that number does not depend on future appreciation). Shader enjoys discovering value-added properties and applying corrective action to help them achieve their full market potential. Using long-term planning, Andrew's innovation, foresight, and real estate know-how are what separates him from other developers who sit around waiting for appreciation to increase their property's value. Andrew depends on a variety of skills to compete in the modern real estate marketplace. He exploits market openings wherever he finds them, using his leadership and management skills, strategic forecasting, budget analysis, and financial planning. Shader has held several positions throughout his career, from office manager to CFO. When he isn't working, Mr. Shader likes to socialize with friends, play sports, and read.
