Pedro Manuel Sanchez Camacho was born in Mexico City but raised in the Tijuana and San Diego border. From an early age he always wanted to grow up and become the loud uncomfortable uncle, but had to settle for being a director. He received his Bachelors in Arts with a minor on Comparative Literature from San Diego State University and his masters from the California Institute of the Arts. He is a writer and director who has been working for the past couple of years teaching film to adults with developmental disability.
