Hoang Khuyet is a Vietnamese dubbing actor. He is known by great deal of characters from HTV3 in Vietnam as Satoshi, Conan/Kudo Shinichi, Shin. Beside, he co-operates with Ace Media (HTV2 Vietnam). In 2018, Hoang Khuyet and the other dubbing actors, actresses created Green Voices which produces video and TV shows. He expanded many projects and workshop about dubbing and taught people who have the same dubbing attitude.
