Marcus E. Brown was born in Long Branch, NJ in 1983. But being an Army Brat has lived all over the country eventually settling in Oklahoma City, OK before following in his families footsteps and joining the U.S. Army in 2006, until being injured in Iraq in 2008 and Honorably Discharged from the Military in 2010. He received his Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Arts & Ethics from Mid-America Christian University in 2015. Married for 17 Years with 12 children (8 girls & 4 boys) and the Grandfather of 8 (5 boys & 3 girls) Marcus cites his family as his inspiration to keep moving forward and never standing still. In 2015 He started his own videography business "Memories By Marcus" & in 2019 He Co-Founded Notis Studios and Notis Entertainment. As part of a directing dynamic-duo, he made his directorial debut in 2019 with the short film "Her" which he also wrote. And followed that up in 2020 with his first full-length feature film with the historic "Black Wall Street Burning." In addition to co-writing and co-directing his films he also serves as editor & colorist on them.
