Robert Costner

Interested in the Arts at an early age, in fourth grade Robert wrote and directed a play that was performed before the entire elementary school. His interests turned to math and science as the years went by. Much of his life has been spent as a software engineer and working with computer technologies. One of Robert's hobbies is writing policy papers on the intersection of technology and public policy particularly as it relates to constitutional issues. A fierce advocate of privacy, anonymity, free speech, cryptography, and online poker. Robert's public implementation of advanced cryptography techniques was used, by name, in the NSA's requests for $1.5 billion to build the Intelligence Community Comprehensive National Cybersecurity Initiative Data Center in Utah. Robert plays poker, a lot. He enjoys cooking gourmet meals. A current pastime of Robert's is to post photos of food on social media making them into sarcastic commentaries on politics.
