Irene Mary Taylor

Irene Mary Taylor was the paternal grandmother of Cometan, the British philosopher, religious scholar and founder of Astronism. Born on 7th March 1932 as Irene Hardacre, Irene married her husband Derrick Taylor in 1954. She was a dedicated Traditionalist Catholic, catechist and Marian devotee, particularly in the latter half of her life, which not only immensely influenced the upbringing of Cometan, and all the other members of his paternal family. Irene Mary died on 16th October 2015 at the age of 83.
