Michael Allen Brooks, born Michael Allen Conder II, is an American Actor, Voice Actor, and Screenwriter. He was born in Forrest City, AR, and grew up in Southern Illinois. So far his released works include Scooby Doo! The Backstage Rage and Grand Theft Auto: Operation Velocity (which has since been taken down by its respective owner.)
