Isabelle Bertges was born in Trier, Germany and started acting in her childhood. She can be seen in films such as Amour Fou (2013) by Jessica Hausner, Baby(a)lone (2014) by Donato Rotunno or The Case You (2020) by Alison Kuhn. She was an apprentice at the Theater Trier throughout her youth, has danced at the Philharmonie Luxembourg after being a ballet student for many years and was a member of the Junges Schauspiel Frankfurt Ensemble. She studied Drama at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City and Los Angeles. She can be seen on stage in her self-produced and often political solo shows and art performances such as In Revolution We Trust (2020). Isabelle Bertges is a female rights activist and has been an active part of the world wide #metoo movement though speaking at international venues and media. She splits her time between New York City and Berlin, Germany.
