Maya Cohen

Born and raised in the multicultural city of Jerusalem, Maya Cohen studied at one of the city's leading arts high schools. After serving 3 years in the Israeli Air Force, Cohen had gone on a journey from India to South East Asia which led her eventually to Australia. Since moving to Melbourne, Cohen graduated the full time program at the Howard Fine Acting Studio as part of the 2019 ensemble. She also played roles in short films, a web series and online campaigns. Cohen's recent stage credit 'Shannon', in the 'Share House' stage production featured at the Melbourne Fringe Festival 2019. When not acting, you can find Maya drawing, painting or baking traditional sourdough bread.
