Christopher Shea Hale, the oldest of four children, comes from an athletic family. His father, Jimmy "Jimbo" Hale, was a college football player and is currently a football coach and schoolteacher at Chestatee High School in Gainesville, Georgia, USA. His mother, Jessica, is a schoolteacher as well and played softball with a brief stint at modeling throughout her young adult years. His younger brother, Matthew (age 16) plays football underneath his father and has aspirations to one day playing in the National Football League (NFL). His two younger sisters, Karlee and Gracie (age 14 & 12), are both involved in gymnastics, dancing, soccer, and volleyball. Christopher is the first generation of actors to come from his family. As a young child, Christopher had a stuttering issue and took classes to improve his speech, which he claims you may still detect him stammering from time-to-time. He always enjoyed acting out famous film scenes in front of his parents. His main hobby growing up was writing short stories based upon his favorite films he would act out and developed crossovers between famous film characters, creating completely new ideas. At the age of 17, Christopher began to take his writing seriously, with an interest in becoming an author in historical fiction. After watching Quentin Tarantino's 2009 war film, Inglourious Basterds, for the very first time, Christopher described it as the day his life changed. He knew acting and making films were what he enjoyed most and decided to make it as his way of living, therefore becoming a screenwriter. While pursuing his new-founded gift, he became a jack-of-all-trades in high school, taking drama classes, student government, and FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), and was a student-athlete, playing football and track. He graduated high school from Westwood Schools in Camilla, Georgia, USA. He later attended LaGrange College in LaGrange, Georgia, USA, where he majored in Theater Arts and played football before transferring out. In 2020, Christopher landed his first film role, alongside Ben Platt, Kaitlyn Dever, Amy Adams, Colton Ryan, Amandla Stenberg, and Julianne Moore in the musical teen drama film, Dear Evan Hansen (2021), playing a high school student. He later appeared in the upcoming film, The In Between, with Joey King. The release date is to be announced. Christopher's favorite aspect of being involved in films is meeting new people on set and creating friendships. He never calls his line of work "an actual job", stating his time working different jobs throughout his adolescent years made him realize, "If you truly enjoy your job, no matter the pay, it's a blessing, not a job." He credits his Christian faith as his power to continue on with not only his film and writing career but life itself. His main goal in the film industry is to always honor God and give the world something it has never seen before. Christopher's hobbies include going to church with his family while also attending his late-night Bible group, working out, watching films, politics, playing video games, creating YouTube videos, and collecting both film and historical memorabilia. He describes himself as not being incredibly gifted in school but was known as the smart guy in all of his history classes, with his favorite historical-era being World War II. He adds his historical knowledge as a key quality to his screenplays. Christopher one day hopes to use his platform as an actor and screenwriter to develop himself as a politician, and run for political office in his home state of Georgia to later being the President of the United States of America.
