Charlie Gray

Charlie S. Gray, was born in Staten Island, New York and raised in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania just outside of Scranton, Pennsylvania. He is the son of Lynda Dotson Gray, a retired P&G worker, now a school bus driver, and Charles C. Gray, once a fellow UNC collegiate athlete. Charlie is also the nephew to the singer and actress Diva Gray, who was a background vocalist behind the band "Chic" as well as "The Harlettes" which was Bette Midler's female backing group. Charlie started his acting career as an background extra. Charlie worked as an extra in multiple films and TV shows from, The Dark Night Rises, Bay Watch, Whiteboy Rick, Banshee, Escape at Dannemora to name a few. after a few years with some experience under his belt in the film industry, Charlie transitioned into the independent film market. As an actor Charlie was the lead for a few short films and web series such as "Genocide", "Things not Proud of", "I Wasn't Really Happy", "Affinity","Lor2", "Parallel", and the feature "Unbroken". Charlie continues to strive to better himself as an actor will eventually be on Hollywood's rising actors.
