Jennifer Whitman Holly has appeared in independent films in Boston, MA and London, England. Most recently she co-starred in "Organ Failure" for Alex Sultoon Films which has been selected for the Independent Short Awards. She has also worked in theatre. She was cast as Nina in Chekhov's "The Seagull," "Lady Macbeth" from Shakespeare's "Macbeth," Katherine from Shakespeare's "Taming of the Shrew," and Isabella from Shakespeare's "Measure for Measure" at the Royal Central School in London. Holly has studied the Stella Adler acting technique with Ron Burrus of the Stella Adler Studio in Los Angeles, CA. She studied improv at ImprovBoston and continued her training at the Royal Central School in London where she studied Text Analysis, Shakespeare, and Acting for Camera. In Boston, she was cast as the Machiavellian princess Briar Rose in a project for Walden TV, and she co-starred as the thwarted and envious researcher Alice in "Picture Perfect for Park Street Films and as the wise and long-suffering wife "Lydia" in their short film "A Split-Second Decision." As a child she worked as a voice actress and singer and starred in several recordings for Majesty Music of Greenville, SC. Holly loves psychology, history, literature, and sports. Each year she challenges herself to learn something new. In 2019 she moved to Paris where she began to learn Latin and ballroom dancing. In 2020 she signed up for skiing lessons with UCPA and traveled to Val d'Isère to learn in the French Alps. She is looking forward to working in her next indie film or in any feature starring Judi Dench!
