Matthew Taylor is a filmmaker and photographer from Wichita, KS. He resides in Texas where he graduated from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi with a degree in Media Arts (2020). He started his film career in 2018 where he worked mostly as a PA with student films, but he quickly found his passion as a filmmaker behind the lens of a camera. He has worked on several short narrative and documentary pieces that have made their way around a few film festivals. More recently he has gotten to work on his first feature film as a camera op/ ac and more notably as the editor, "Companion" (2021). Taylor hopes to continue making films that both entertain and inspire people across all walks of life.
