Diogo Tomaz

Diogo Tomaz, 1992, Abrantes. Degree in theater at the School of Arts and Design of Caldas da Rainha. He integrated exchanges and courses at schools and universities such as the Pineapple Dance Studios in London, the Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramatico in Madrid, the Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espectáculo in Porto and The English College in Prague, Czech Republic. In 2014 he had his first experience as a professional actor in the project "The Dumb Waiter" by Harold Pinter. Since that time, his professional curriculum has been growing in the areas of theater and cinema. In 2020, he created the Entrecenas group for the creation of cinematographic projects and this same year they won three awards for their first work "Stamp", a short film of a political and social nature. This year NEO Collective is also born, a performative creation collective, which carries out projects also with a strong political presence. "Not Enough Oxygen" and "I Will Never Have Time" are the first creations and prize winners of this group. He is a master's student at the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema in the Theater - Performing Arts course.
