Cheryl Ann Cassidy is a singer from Queens, New York with both her parents hailing from a small village called Glenelly in County Tyrone, Ireland. Singing since the age of six, Cheryl Ann's love of singing developed early on which she credits to listening to the songs her parents raised her on from Ireland. Cheryl Ann's singing is heavily influenced by the likes of Cara Dillon, Mary Black, Celine Dion, Dolly Parton, Martina McBride, and her music always seems to gravitate back to her roots in Ireland. Cheryl Ann got her start at the prestigious Fiorello H. LaGuardia Performing Arts High School in New York City as a vocal major. Cheryl Ann then went on to graduate with her Bachelors Degree in Music Education & Vocal studies from Aaron Copland School of Music and received her Masters in Special Education with a concentration in musical therapy.
