Ryanne Fisher is a Scout, a Student, a Leader, and a Young Mentor. Ryanne was selected by the Boy Scouts of America to be on The Drew Barrymore Show on CBS as but one of the hundreds of highly motivated members of the Inaugural Class of female Eagle Scouts. Introduced to Scouting by her grandfather ("Pop-Pop") and inspired to do all things better than her older brother (who set the bar extremely high in Scouting), Ryanne is a Scout in the truest sense. Over half of her 200+ nights camping have been part of activities in which Ryanne was being a servant leader to others. Additionally, Ryanne has committed much of her time in the service of other community efforts such as the New Jersey Special Olympics, the family services of the New Jersey National Guard, and the Trenton Schools that her mother teaches at. Having completed all of the requirements for the highest award in three different premier Scouting programs, Ryanne spends much of her time leading and mentoring others (both youth and adults) in programs such as Venturing BSA (as Northeast Region Vice President of Communications), BSA ScoutingU (as trainer and staff for more than 10 BSA Councils for Virtual Leaders Edge), National Youth Leadership Training (having staffed NYLT 6 times for 2 different BSA Councils), and NYLT Leadership Academy (selected twice to staff NYLT Leadership Academy in Washington D.C.). Ryanne has emceed events and trainings for hundreds of attendees at a time accounting for thousands of attendees overall. Ryanne has provided video and imagery for fund raising initiatives from New Jersey to Alaska. Ryanne is an active student, attending her Senior year at the local STEM Academy high school and a two-year college Associates degree program with concurrent completion at the age of 17. Ryanne has been accepted to the Business School of the University of Kansas (her brother's, parents' and grandparents' alma-mater) where she will start with over 60 college credits toward a degree in Business Leadership. Ryanne is a member of the National Honor Society in high school as well as the Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society and Alpha Mu Gamma National Language Honor Society in college (with the latter honor at the age of 15). Ryanne has received her Venturing BSA Summit Award (the highest rank in Venturing), and has completed her requirements for her Gold Award (the highest rank in Girl Scouts USA), and her Eagle Scout (the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America). She has uniquely been awarded the Venturing Leadership Award for 2 different BSA Councils (Washington Crossing Council and Monmouth Council) as well as the Area Venturing Leadership Award for Northeast Region Area 5. Ryanne aspires to be a corporate leader/trainer, a motivational speaker, and a keynote speaker -- especially with relation to causes dear to her such as Scouting and Special Olympics. Ryanne lives to serve, lead, and mentor others.
