Mattan

Mattan (which means "gift" in Hebrew) is an American-born actress from Los Angeles, California. She began performing at the age of two, taking ballet classes and doing recitals and fell in love. By the time she was four, she had started figure skating, and fell in love with that too. At age 8, she shifted from ballet to hip hop and contemporary dance and started Ice Theater at her ice skating rink. She also performed in school productions and talent shows at every opportunity. At the age of 10, her aunt, Chaya, got her hooked on Shakespeare, and she has read both the kids versions and the folio versions of a substantial amount of his plays. She has also played roles in Shakespeare's Julius Caesar, Othello and Romeo and Juliet. She began her career doing little commercials and video promotions and is only going up from there.
