Israel Isaac

Israel Udochukwu Isaac is a Nigerian actor with extensive experience in theatre, radio, movies, and television. He is best known for his roles as Udoh in Iya Modina (NTA TV comedy series), Sam in Couple Hustle (YouTube series), and as Obaseki in the play titled Obaseki (written by Don Pedro Agbonifo Obaseki). Israel grew up in the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He developed his love of performing at a very young age and would perform in school and church dramas at every provided opportunity. His ability to share his love of performance arts inspired the neighbourhood children to develop a passion for performing also, increasing their own confidence and feelings of self-worth. Following his passion for performing, Israel attended the University of Ibadan where he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts and Master of Arts in Theatre Arts, majoring in dance, choreography, and theatre management. Israel is a member of Arojah Royal Theatre, the National Association of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioners (NANTAP), and the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN, Nollywood. Abuja Chapter).
